MODEL DEPARTMENT AND CAD
The modeling office is the place where the entire production process begins: the designer's drawing or sketch are viewed, and product development begins.
The office is equipped with Haute Couture workstations and we have software for the creation of sketches and patterns updated and complete for the various requests. In the Cad office the technicians obtain a rapid and precise realization of the models and developments.
Our pattern makers are not limited to carrying out the ideas of the customer, but through a continuous dialogue they are a fundamental point of connection for the improvement and refinement of the pattern, thanks also to the pattern digitization programs.
PROTOTYPY AND SAMPLING
After completion of the pattern, in internal laboratory prototypes are realized with innovative cutting machines equipped with automatic or manual placement depending on the needs of the customer.
Cutting is a very delicate phase that requires experience and professionalism. This operational phase allows you to evaluate the fit of the garment and its more detailed characteristics in order to develop the garment with the perfect fit. The starting hypothesis can then be confirmed or modified to clarify and guarantee the realization of your garment: in this way the customer has the possibility to customize and make any adjustments.
At this point we move on to the production of the samples with the material selected for the production that will be presented to the public and to the showrooms.
PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION OFFICE
The highly qualified staff searches for fabrics and materials: organic cotton, modal, tencel, flannel, fleece, dri release, polyester, polyamide and eco-friendly fabrics. We work with suppliers of ecological and eco-sustainable fabrics.
During the process we support the customer with a person who supervises, controls and manages the production with whom you can constantly update yourself on the progress .
The actual production phase takes place through the use of the latest generation machinery and sophisticated technologies for the creation of cutting-edge garments. It is possible to relocate production abroad, always maintaining a high quality standard.
QUALITY CONTROL AND IRONING
The garments, once made, are subjected to the testing service: professional experts evaluate the finish and quality of the garments.
Following the internal ironing service, equipped with presses for outerwear, topper mannequins and universal ironing boards, suction and blowing, finally the garments are packaged and delivered to the customer all over the world (we have global transport )
