To introduce you to our highly efficient manufacturing process, we have highlighted the most important steps. Read on and find out what the advantages you will have by choosing to take this path with us.
STEP 1
Introductory meeting online or in person to go into the project in more detail. In this phase we will evaluate your needs and try to direct you in the right direction with targeted advice.
STEP 3
Study of the fit and creation of the digital pattern. We can start from sketches, paper patterns, or inspirational pieces.
STEP 2
Research of the best fabrics and materials for your Styles. We can also provide support for developing custom accessories such as buttons and zips.
STEP 5
First prototype creation. After studying the styles, a first prototype is created. It can be requested complete with all the final details, where possible, or just for the fit.
STEP 4
Possibility to customize with embroidery, patches and prints.
Our suppliers can create any type of customization that is studied specifically for each style and fabric.
STEP 6
After the approval of the first or subsequent prototypes, we move on to the production of the required quantities.
STEP 7
We can design and supply customized packaging for your brand, from the labels inside the garment to the tags and bags for packaging.
STEP 8
Don't have space for inventory management?
We offer a logistics and shipping management service, from the warehouse to the preparation of the package for the courier.

In addition to classic production services, we also offer the possibility of being supported in product development.
Leaving the customer full stylistic freedom, we can help him put together all the information and technical materials necessary for the creation of a collection.
Creation of the tech-pack complete with measurement sheet, technical figure, branding proposals, construction sheet and base list.

Minimum order and quantities:
Most manufacturers are interested in large orders. We understand that not all brands want to make hundreds of pieces of each model.
Our minimum production is 50 pieces for each model. However, the minimums can also be linked to the minimum quantity of fabric that can be purchased, or to minimums of other processes (e.g. dyeing or washing).
